Terms and condition

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions that apply to the rental of a private villa at MATAN'AI VILLA (hereinafter referred to as the "Property") between the guest (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") and the villa owner or manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner/Manager"). By making a reservation and staying at the property, the guest is deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Reservation and Payment

1.1 Confirmation of the reservation A reservation is confirmed when a deposit or full payment is made and the guest accepts these Terms. Accurate personal information must be provided at the time of reservation.

1.2 Payment Terms Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, etc. Guests are responsible for any fees associated with the payment method.

Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Guest Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in will be refunded in full.                                                  Cancellations made 6-4 days before check-in will be subject to a 20% refund of the amount paid at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 3-2 days before check-in will be subject to a 50% refund of the amount paid at the time of reservation. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to check-in will be non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellation by Owner/Manager

If the Owner/Manager cancels the booking, the guest shall receive a full refund. Alternative accommodation may be provided with the guest's consent if available.

Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in

Check-in time: 14:00 (subject to flight arrival times)
Early check-in is possible upon prior request and availability, but may incur an additional fee.

3.2 Check-out

Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is 50% of the accommodation price.

Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Villa Rules

Maximum occupancy for the villa is 6 guests. Additional guests are not permitted unless approved by the Owner/Manager in advance. Please be considerate of the neighbours and the local community and do not allow parties, loud music or excessive noise.

4.2 Property Management

Guests are responsible for leaving the villa in good condition during their stay.
Any damage, breakage or loss must be reported to Management immediately. The cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the Guest.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities (e.g. drug use) are strictly prohibited.

Sub-letting or using the property for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Services and Facilities

5.1 Included Services

The rental includes housekeeping, Wi-Fi and utilities.

5.2 Additional Services

Additional services such as private chefs, spa treatments and tours are provided upon request and at an additional cost.

Liability and Insurance

6.1 Owner/Manager Liability

The Owner/Manager is not responsible for:

Injury, illness or loss/damage to Guests during their stay.

Events due to acts of God, government actions or other force majeure events.

6.2 Guest Liability

Guests are advised to take out travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies and loss of personal belongings.

Complaints and Issues

Any complaints or issues should be reported to Management immediately during your stay. We will deal with them as soon as possible.

Complaints filed after check-out may not be addressed.

Termination of Stay

The Owner/Manager has the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if the guest breaches these terms, commits any illegal acts, or disturbs neighbors.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bali, Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bali, Indonesia.

General Terms

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the guest and the Owner/Manager.

Amendments are only valid if made in writing and agreed to by both parties.

By agreeing to these terms and proceeding with the booking, the guest is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
